    Nice to meet you.

Since last month, I have been unable to access the console of the VCenter that manages two virtual servers (VMware ESXi 7.0) operated at a client's site.

The error is "no healthy upstream".

I have read online that this is a certificate problem, but in fact there is no problem with the certificate, and the cause is unknown.

I would like to know if there are any other factors.

    [Background]

In early June, there was a power outage in the area where the server is installed, and the server was shut down.

After that, the server was restarted and the operation of the two VM servers was confirmed, and all the virtual machines in the server were running without any problems,

but only some of the virtual machines were running, but the status of the virtual machines was "disabled" and no action could be taken.

I thought it was a Vmotion problem, so I tried to check it on VCenter, but the above error message was displayed and I was unable to access the console.

    [Environment]

    2 virtual servers (VMware ESXi 7.0 U3)

VCenter (vmotion is set for the virtual servers in case of a disaster)

First, I would try to SSH in and check that services are running correctly.

    The service was running correctly.

By certificates, they might mean the solutions users. Try to replace the solution user certificates.

Replace Solution User Certificates with New VMCA-Signed Certificates (vmware.com)

Can you access the VAMI (:5480)?
