Welcome to the Skyline community!
We request you kindly execute the following steps in the Skyline Collector console:
1. Log in to the Skyline Collector VA using the root credentials.
2. Run the command in the console: systemctl restart nginx.
3. Reboot the appliance by running reboot -f command on the console.
In case this doesn't resolve the issue, we request you to kindly raise a Support Request with VMware. We will troubleshoot the issue further.
