Ignore the "unable to resolve the update server" error. I dont think that's related to what we're seeing -- and it's totally expected because Broadcom removed the software update services that provided the ability to do in-product updates for Fusion.
Were you able to remove the TPM device from the VM, or is that error message being displayed when you're trying to remove the TPM device?
Shut down Fusion and collect the log files I've asked for in another response. That might give us an idea on what's happening.
Also, can you attach the .vmx file that's contained in the virtual machine's bundle as well as any files with a .log extension found in the virtual machine's bundle as well.

BUT, when I ask in the settings to remove, after a short while, I have this message (translated by me from French)
An internal error occurred when attempting to remove encryption from this virtual machine.

No useful answer to my two errors: Directory not empty. and Unable to resolve the update server when I check the updates.

Thanks in advance

Fusion Windows 11 VMs are always encrypted. The type of encryption (full or partial) is a choice made when you created the VM. Encryption is required to support the virtual TPM device.
To delete the TPM, you delete the Trusted Platform Device from the VMs settings. You can then decrypt the VM.
If you have enabled Bitlocker in the VM, you will need to have the Bitlocker recovery key available to access the contents of the disk after you delete the TPM device.

Hi,
I've to errors (Directory not empty and Unable to resolve the update server).
No resolved yet... I'm still waiting...
So I buy Parallels and try to open my VMware virtual machine. Impossible to open it because my file is encrypted (I never ask that). On VM Library, I tried to de- encrypted but I have to delete le vTPM ?
How to do that???
