There's a new tool in the Broadcom support portal. On the Dashboard, look in the Quick Links section. There's now a link "NEW - VMware Workstation/Fusion Keys". See if you can find them there.
They have my Fusion Pro 13 license key that I paid for, but not earlier keys that I used to upgrade to newer versions.

Not remembering which steps, in this particular case, the procedure of migrating user account to Broadcom domain included.
Right now no license keys are present in user account. As of time period before migration to Broadcom it was Fusion Pro 11 for which the license were purchased. On can see in download section that one to be available, however download tap button ineffective - probably due to missing license registration in account. How to register license key with user account for former VmWare Fusion version (11 Pro)?
Host setup here can host Fusion versions only 11 and 12, however only license key only for 11 in possession.
