how to download vmware fusion 12

Want to install on mac Big Sur
vmware fusion
 Download vmware fusion 13
The result cannot be installed
Want to download vmware fusion 12
But it cannot be downloaded from the website
Does anyone know the reason?
Or which one can be downloaded and installed on Big Sur currently?

There are a few things working against you for wanting to run Fusion 12.

First there is no currently supported version of Fusion that runs on BigSur. Any version of Fusion that would run has reached its end of support date  

Broadcom no longer provides new licenses for fusion 12 (either paid or personal use). So even if you were able to download it, you won't be able to get a license for it.

Broadcom also stopped allowing downloads of Fusion versions before 13.5.2 unless you had an active service contract or subscription. They also stopped selling service contracts earlier this year, and subscriptions a couple of months ago when they made Fusion free for everyone. (Free for everyone applies to Fusion 13.5.2 and later).

There is a kind of "back door" that would allow you to download older Fusion versions from Broadcom's software update servers. But the licensing issue still remains. And you'd have to download VMware Tools as needed because they aren't part of the update packages.

Unfortunately Broadcom is no longer making those older versions available for download. 

You will have to search the Internet to see if there's a copy you can download.
