You could use HTTrack, but make sure to set up the download project properly (down only, within domain/site), otherwise it may download the whole internet :)

How can I batch download automatically all folders with all files and subfolders from https://packages-prod.broadcom.com/tools/ for example via ftp via FileZilla or some other way? I can download all files via JDownloader but JDownloader only downloads files from a single directory and does not want to download subfolders.
