    Hi everyone,

    I'm trying to create a new Organization VDC in VMware vCloud Director using the Flex Allocation Model. I would like to know how to achieve this using both vCloud API and PowerCLI.

    Could anyone provide guidance on:

    1. The correct API endpoint and method for creating an Org VDC with the Flex Allocation Model.
    2. A sample JSON payload for the API request.
    3. The necessary headers and authentication details.
    4. How to accomplish the same task using PowerCLI 
    5. Any best practices or common pitfalls to avoid.

    I'm using vCloud Director API version 38.1.
