I believe you can do this under the Virtual Center console under storage adapaters and see if power path is enabled

Yes you are right, but i am not able to make sure whether the Powerpath is intalled or not.

I came to know the Powerpath is installed or not by running the EMC Grab.

while running the utility it has given me the information that Powerpath is not installed.

Create a host extension package with VMware Update Manager, attach the baseline to the hosts you are curious about, and run a scan. This will show if a host is compliant (PP/VE installed) or not (old version or not installed).

There's also a KB article here: Install PowerPath/VE for VMware vSphere by using vCenter Update Manager

    Hi,

    Try and run the command:

esxcli software vib list | grep -i 'PowerPath'
