How long does approval take?

I have been waiting several days now for approval from Boardcom to be able to download VMWare Workstation Pro. 

The original email said up to one day. 

Can someone please get back to me as its now effecting business.

Do you receive a specific message when you try to download the software?

When i go to my entitlements its says i dont have any, when to and download it, its greyed out and wont let me. My profile still says its waiting approval.

You will not see anything in your entitlements except for licenses with an active subscription.

However, this should not block you from downloading the WS Pro for personal use binaries.

I had the VMWare Workstation Pro 7 trail, which ran out, we then paid for it

but for some reason, I'm unable to download what I have paid for. I just need the license number so I can work!

I don't understand why this is do difficult.

In this case, I'd contact support (phone support might be the fastest way to achieve your goal) to have that fixed, and provide you with your license key. They have access to the old VMware accounts.

where can i fine the license key for the product I've paid for? Ive downloaded the personal use copy now as its not letting me. but I still need the license key.

Did you get any emails from "mycommerce" with your license key? (I don't have any experience with the order process, just wondering.)

Yeah, i got a copy of the invoice, but no license key.

If it's any consolation, I'm in exactly the same situation. I used to get the license keys from VMware immediately! Keenly following this to see what the hold up is with approvals...

Try the following link.  Broadcom has seriously dropped the ball.  Expect it to get worse as time goes on.
