Hi,
I can't find the "Just power off" or "Ask me" options under snapshot feature from UI. Can you explain more or have a screenshot to show us what these options are?

My bad regarding my previous answer. It looks like that setting Snpashot VM to "Just power off", I do not face the error no more when powering off VM. When setting it back to "Ask me", the error is throwing again when stopping VM the same way.

I have updated to 17.6.3 without this error but I do not take snapshoot at shutdown. Try to disable this option.

Subject: Error when stopping VM since 17.6.3 update
Hi community,
I am facing errors on VMWare Workstation Pro v17.6.3 every time I shutdown my (unique) VM.
Everything was running fine before updating to version 17.6.3. The errors I have :
vmx [msg.log.error.unrecoverable] VMware Workstation unrecoverable error: (vmx)
vmx Exception 0xc0000005 (access violation) has occurred.
When shutting down my VM, VMWare asks me no more taking snapshots, and errors are throwing.
Unlike this situation, the VM runs well and I don't face issues using it but wondering what can cause them and what might occur in the future since I am preparing for a certification and don't want my VM to be corrupted before the exam (even if I made snapshots and backups of it).
Thank you in advance.
