vSphere Hypervisor is the free license, look at the thread from the Veeam forum that I posted.

With free license you can't use storage APIs and other features

The error you're encountering is due to the use of a free vSphere Hypervisor license. This type of license restricts certain functionalities, including the use of storage APIs, which are essential for Veeam's backup operations. To resolve this issue and enable the full range of backup capabilities, you'll need to upgrade to a paid vSphere license that includes access to the necessary APIs and features for Veeam to operate correctly.
