    Hi there,

I am a pretty new user. I am running 13.6.4 on a M2 macbook pro with Sequoia 15.5. Windows 11 64 bit arm.

All was working and then the guest os did an update. Now when the machine starts it sits at the screen with the clock. The cursor is a hand and if I click the hand disappears. I can use control cmd to get the mouse back on the host os. But I can't log in. I have tried different mouse settings, accessibly settings, but am stuck. Any ideas?

I assume that you not only have tried clicking the mouse in the VM, but have tried pressing the Return key.

Try a forced power down of the VM from the Fusion menu bar by holding the Option key, and clicking Virtual Machine > Power Off. Then restart the VM.

If that doesn't work, you may need to boot from the Windows 11 installation media and use the tools found there to repair or roll back the offending update.
