I have been trying to download the program for several days. Every time, I get the same popup: "Account verification is pending. Please try after some time."
I have scoured Broadcom Support for help, as well as making a post on reddit under r/VMware, to no avail (noby has replied). I have finally found this community support forum. All other support options don't seem to work. I cannot create a new case; the page for the case manager does not load, and after using the inspector the page seems to be unable to access a seemingly critical element. The URL also contains "invalid request" and "no applicable authn policies (etc)". I cannot find my Site ID because the page is down, and I cannot contact an actual human from Broadcom to help me (I just get stuck with the chat bot), and so I turn to the community.
Does anybody have a way for me to fix this problem? Do I need to create a new account? Do I need to do something to verify my account?
Any help is greatly apprieciated.
