Cannot upgrade

Hi, 

I'm running VMware Aria Automation Orchestrator 8.16.2 and I want to upgrade to 8.18.1. 

It is a standalone server.

When I run the command 

vracli upgrade exec -y --repo cdrom://

 I get 

Upgrade is in progress.
Upgrade cannot be executed in this state.

I try this command but no luck

vracli upgrade exec --cancel

Any idea to solve this ?

Hi,

I would start first with clean reboot. Please run 

/opt/scripts/deploy.sh --onlyClean

Then reboot. Then run 

/opt/scripts/deploy.sh

Wait. It may take about a hour. Once vRO is up and running, please try the upgrade again.

I still get the same messages after running the 2 commands.

Can you confirm all pods are up and running in the prelude namespace?
