  • 1.  Cannot uninstall powercli to install new version

    I cannot get the powercli powershell to uninstall. It looks like part of it is tied into another user whose folder has been deleted. I did recreate the folder paths and added the files but I am still having issues.

    What does this return?

    Get-Module -ListAvailable -Name VMware*

    And if there are User directories listed, are they for your user or someone else?

    Did you also check if you have any pre-6.5.1 PSSnapin installed?

    That is the latest version (11.5.0), but you left out the folder.

    Are the modules located under a User folder or under the Program Files folder?

    Can you just remove all the folders starting with VMware.

    And then do
