Cannot Download Workstation Pro for Personal Use

Hi trying to download Workstation Pro for Personal use, it asks me for some additional information, address basically, submit and returns to the same screen with the same link and nothing downloads or moves to the download manager - any ideas?

I tried this last week and it asked for my address as well, and since then all I get is a message saying "Account verification is Pending. Please try after some time."  Lots of people have this problem and no resolution from Broadcom.
