    Hello everyone,

    i research the documentation on Broadcom.  Not able to upgrade workstation player 17.6.2 to Pro 17.6.2.  Not able to use help on workstation player VM said there are no update available.  Also, logged in to Broadcom and tried to download workstation Pro 17.6.2 and before downloading it's ask me to acknowledge and fill in my address Screening Required cloud icon which I did multiple times, but returning to same prompt to fill in address and check off box of acknowledgment.  I did register, I look at developer elements there is warning on the element but I do not understand much "cross click DOM element".  I'm not on private mode on my edge browser.  Do remember that it was downloading and I cancel the download because it was wrong OS.  Since then I had these concerns.
