I'm currently running Aria Suite Lifecycle 8.18.0.0 Patch 1, Product Support Pack 5. When trying to use either ways of accessing the Upgrade Planner, both fail in different ways. When trying the Upgrade Planner from the Environment that I am trying to upgrade, I see the same error as stated in this KB below. The report takes about 30 minutes or so to get the failure.
Failed to generate upgrade plan. Could not get interoperability data from VMware Interoperability Matrix to generate Upgrade Planner Report.

If I initiate the upgrade planner from the Environments section as noted in the KB above, I get a whole different set of issues. It sees products that I do not have installed, along with versions that are not deployed nor have ever been deployed.

I do have internet access from the Lifecycle appliance.
