For the "Account verififcation is pending" issue, my suggestion is to make a telephone call to Broadcom support (not a forum post or chat or web support case) and follow the phone prompts for web site access issues. Don't open a technical case about VMware Workstation. Migrated VMware accounts without support entitlements (site IDs) didn't go smoothly - and they'll take manual intervention by Broadcom to get fixed.
On-line posts typically don't get these issues fixed - hence the need to pick up the phone and make a call.
It's known by Broadcom that there are performance issues with this site. They are in contact with the (third party) platform vendor to address the issues..
However, also note that there is a delay for new users to post to the forum. New user posts are subject to approval by moderators - and sometimes that does not happen immediately.

As long as with VMWare, it was fine enough, Broadcom support is too bad and since last 6 months, the above bug is not cleared.. What the support team or the tech team is doing..
How do they run business with such a NO RESPONSE. And the website is also slow...
