I absolutely agree with you! the whole team responsible of this crappy stuff should be fired inmediately from the director to the last tecnician. this is not designed by IT people, this dashboard has been created by a veterinary, a roofer or a fisherman! someone who is not related to IT.
Its absolutely confusing! I wonder who is the mind behind thinking that she/he did a great job?
Its almost impossible to download your software without spending a lot of time trying to figure out how this works!
I saved the URL because I knew I might needed to comeback, messed up! it did not work, now I need to start the silly hunting for the software over and over.
Broadcom: PLEASE!! Fire the manager/director responsable of this dashboard, please! and do not hire cheap programmers.

I find MULTIPLE threads with this same issue and NO response ever from Broadcom support.
Calling support results in a recorded response to leave name & number and they'll call back.... I'll update this message when that happens.
