In my case, I had to CALL support.
I jumped through all of the hoops to setup my account and add VMWare to my profile, but it seemed to get stuck in the verification process. Since my new Broadcom account hadn't beed approved yet, I was unable to live chat or open a support ticket online.
A phone call took care of it.
