    Hello,

    i have a problem for downloading VMware Workstation Pro. I have a Account from VMware and now its a Broadcom Account. But i need a verification. The Problem is my NAme has a - symbol in the namefield but it doesnt allowed. i cant edit this. Can everybode help me?

    Hi,

    I recommend using Broadcom chat support and just choose a priority 1 case or similar. Have your vmware and broadcom email addresses readily available.

    In my case, I had to CALL support. 

    I jumped through all of the hoops to setup my account and add VMWare to my profile, but it seemed to get stuck in the verification process. Since my new Broadcom account hadn't beed approved yet, I was unable to live chat or open a support ticket online.

    A phone call took care of it.
