We are encountering an issue after the VMware support migration to Broadcom. Our organization (Kotama Agrifood) initially registered using the email vmware.sa@domain.com, but we've since learned Broadcom does not support generic/shared emails due to policy restrictions.
I then created a new account using my personal company email ahmed.benaouata@domain.com and attempted to link it to our Site ID, including all required contact details. However, the access request was rejected without clear explanation.
We urgently need access to our licenses and support entitlements. I'm escalating here in case anyone from Broadcom support or the community can assist or provide clarity on:
Why the Site ID access request was rejected
Whether additional steps are needed to validate our account
How we can ensure access to the correct assets under our Broadcom profile
Any help would be appreciated.
