check the specific errors under the summary tab for each ESX Host, they may be HA agent errors. A reconfigure of HA may fix it. Without seeing the specific error on the Hosts in question, I can only assume what the error may be related to.

Without a bit more info it is tricky. But as Troy says, check the summary tab. You could also look at the "alarms" and "tasks & events" tabs to see what info is there.

HA is very sensitive to DNS, if it is an HA error, check /etc/hosts and /etc/resolv.conf on affected hosts to make sure they match hosts that are OK. Make sure the affected hosts have the correct gateway and that it can be reached and check the firewall. HA needs a few ports open to work. Make sure all hosts have the same Firewall settings.

Have you tried bouncing the Virtual Center box? What does the specific alarms on the 2 ESX hosts say?

As written before, the attachment is not very usefull.

You have to watch into the summary tab or the alarm tab on the ESX that are red.

Usually the problem could be or a HA misconfiguration or some triggered alarm.

Probably you have some trigger on memory or CPU overload alarm.

You might try removing the inactive ESX hosts form the inventory and readding them -
