Workstation 17.5 has a hard requirement of a Sandy Bridge microarchitecture Intel CPU (which was introduced in 2011) or later. Those Intel CPUs (and their derivatives) contain the XSAVE instruction. Your Celeron CPU is a Braswell microarchitecture CPU, which has a microarchitecture that does not contain the instruction.

There's no hack you can perform to get Workstation 17.5 to work on your system.  You should be able to run Workstation 17.0, which doesn't have the hard requirement for the XSAVE instruction.
