I have enable the option RAID on and created the RAID 1 (with 2 Hard Disks)  but after this change, when I boot vmware, the storages are not shown, It seems it is related with some missing drivers. I have installed this

But They still witout appear visible. Any Idea what should I do? I appreciate your assistance.

I suspect what you have is plain Intel RSTe instead of Intel VROC as you put in subject line "change form SATA to RAID"; presumably this was done at the host UEFI. Intel RSTe is software RAID. ESXi does not support software RAID.

The driver you refer to is for Intel VROC VMD NVMe. Intel VROC VMD for ESXi only supports NVMe devices (not hard disks) and Intel VROC would require a hardware key (assuming the motherboard has a slot for the Intel VROC key).

If you want RAID for hard disks for ESXi datastores, you need to get a RAID card that is supported for the ESXi version that you have.
