  • 1.  get access to the shared folder on the Mac

    Posted Mar 01, 2009 10:33 PM

    Hi:

I've just upgraded the VMWare Fusion to 2.0.2. However, after upgrading, I couldn't get access to my Mac by clicking the shared folder shortcut on the desk of my virtual PC. After its diagnosis, it said ".host is not a valid host name". I checked the shared folder setting and the desktop was indeed checked. Please instruct me how to fix this problem. Thank you!

My problem was gone after I installed the VMWare tool. I don't know how this fixed the problem. Anyway, I can get access to my Mac from virtual PC now. Thank you!
