  • 1.  Unrecoverable Error When launching VMWare on my mac

    As of yesterday, When I try to launch VMWare on my Mac it gives me this message:

    VMWare Fusion Unrecoverable Error:

    Unexpected signal: 10.
    A log file is available in "/Users/IFS/Documents/Virtual Machines.localized/Windows 7 x64.vmwarevm/vmware.log".  Please request support and include the contents of the log file. 
    To collect data to submit to VMware support, choose "Collect Support Information" from the Help menu.
    You can also run "/Library/Application Support/VMware Fusion/vm-support.tool" directly.
    We will respond on the basis of your support entitlement.
    HEEELLPP!!!!!
    What can I do to resolve this?

    If the information in the VMware KB Article, Fixing an unexpected signal 10 error in Fusion (1018757) , doesn't resolve you're issue then... To help figure out what is what, the best way to provide comprehensive diagnostic information is to use the "Collect Support Information" command from the VMware Fusion (menu bar) > Help > Collect Support Information and then attach the .tgz file it created on your Desktop to a reply post.
