    Hello, I am reading the posts and am not able to find the folder where the  vmx file is located.  I am running

    VMWare from Mac with Monterey
    VMWare V12.2.4
    Windows Home V10.0.19045

     

    I  am not able to disable it via windows settings while windows is running and don't know how to disable it when windows isn't running.

    You shut down the VM and disable it in the Guest Settings.
