Cisco certification verification - generate Cisco credential eCertificate

hi all,

in step 10 of verification, VMware says "Attach your Cisco credential eCertificate by clicking on the ‘Select’ option".

On www.certmetrics.com I found only the tool to generate Transcript. is it the same as "eCertificate"?

You need an electronic copy of your Cisco certificate, which you can download from the Cisco Certification Tracking System - this should help you: https://learningnetwork.cisco.com/s/article/certification-tracking-system-how-to-videos​

The transcript tool you mention is for your VMware certifications (once you have some).

Hi, I have the same problem (unable to generate the Cisco eCertificate) and I see you provided a solution; however, the link for the video you mention seems to be inactive or does not work.

I can access the tracking system, I see my certifications, but I do not have a download option.

Is there a way to download this eCertificate?
