 requesting site ID

Hi all,
I'm experiencing hang situation for requesting the site ID related to my account.
I submitted a lot of formal request and raised cases through chat box asking help to find this site ID cause I cannot open cases for this product for my customer.
Also the request to connect with a live agent cannot be processed by chat box from past week. 
No one of my collegues can build his profile cause we don't have this 'site ID'.
I tried to use links from guidelines to how managing account, but some links didn't works and the other one redirect me to open these formal request that I'm submitting since past week, still no answer.
But I need this info cause it happened yet that I need to raise a case but I cannot due to this issue.
I need this information, can you kindly help me?
