Happy to help here, but I need some more details to get started. Where are you seeing this message in the product? What command are you running when this happens? What are the steps that could be taken to reproduce this issue? If it helps you can attach screenshots, just make sure you mask out any sensitive info first. Thanks!

Ops Manager is the tool that's used to install PCF and deploy additional tiles. You can see an example of the UI here.

https://docs.pivotal.io/pivotalcf/2-1/customizing/pcf-interface.html

Did you install PCF? or did someone else at your company install it? or are you using a managed version of Cloud Foundry, like Pivotal Web Services?

Ok, so you're using Pivotal Web Services, which is our hosted platform. There is no way for you to install this tile.

I believe you can still use AppDynamics, you would just need to either use their hosted platform or set up your own App Dynamics host. The Java buildpack has instructions for using App Dynamics here. You basically need to create a user provided service with the format defined in the doc. The host name should point to either App Dynamics hosted platform or your own AD host.

Hope that helps!

Hi Daniel! Tks for your reply :)

I'm just following this site https://community.appdynamics.com/t5/Knowledge-Base/Using-AppDynamics-with-Java-Applications-on-Pivotal-Cloud/ta-p/20824 to monitoring my Pivotal Application in AppDynamics.

At this part "Set up the Service Broker Tile" I need to import one file into Operations Manager. But that's a problem: I don't know where I access this ops msgr.

I have only Partner, Portal, Console and Network options.

Let me know if you need any more information!

Yeah... I've read this... But I'm using the Pivotal SaaS (https://console.run.pivotal.io/organizations/....) so I didn't install this PCF, only in my DEV Machine following the same tutorial as said before.
