Hello Colala,
Thanks for contacting the Pivotal Support Community!.
My name is Juan José Ramos Cassella, and I am a GemFire Technical Support Engineer with Pivotal.
That said, JVSD does not belong to Pivotal and it is, instead, a plugin for the Apache Geode product, so you basically need to contact the Geode community for details about the usage, download options, etc.
That said, I know that JVSD [1] was born as a replacement for VSD [2] but, apparently and due to some clashes between the JavaFX and Apache licences, it never prospered.
You might want to double check in the Apache Geode community, anyway.
Best regards.
