  • 1.  Onboard with Broadcom for VMWARE Tanzu Greenplum

    Hello,

         We have recently email to register with Broadcom.com to continue support for above said product. We have followed all the instructions and we are able to see the software download portal and able to download the software, however we are unable to connect the support center (My Cases) url. Tried multiple times and failed to connect the support center. Please help us to resolve this issue as soon as possible. Provide us the other alternative media to reach out you to resolve the Production issues.

    We had a similar issues and delays. Once we got our SiteID, we reduced the setup to these 4 steps. I've attached a picture of what "Build Your Profile" 

    1. Go to support.broadcom.com and click Register. Sign up with your @your-job.com email address

    2. Click Profile/My Profile → "Build My Profile" option to add your SiteID to your account . You will see an "Access Details" for the profile indicating any special approvals needed like below. The approval cycle is stated to take 24 hours, but took several days during the May 2024 VMWare support migration. 

    3. Once your account is associated to the SiteID, all related tickets will be viewable. 

    4. While waiting for approvals, click Support > Tanzu > Entitlements. This should take you back to the Build My Profile page and show any pending approvals.


    Make sure to build your profile and link to your site ID
