We have recently email to register with Broadcom.com to continue support for above said product. We have followed all the instructions and we are able to see the software download portal and able to download the software, however we are unable to connect the support center (My Cases) url. Tried multiple times and failed to connect the support center. Please help us to resolve this issue as soon as possible. Provide us the other alternative media to reach out you to resolve the Production issues.
