  • 1.  Security Compliance Scan failed Error

    Hi,

    After upgrade from SEP 12.1 Ru1 to SEP 12.1 RU1 MP1, all the clients are upgraded but they are showing error as security compliance scan failed.

    Enclosed the Screenshot for the same.

    we are using latest version of SEPM and SNAC

    Check you Host Integrity policies and look for anything that could cause this failure. I would suggest you to actually replace your HI policy in place by an empty one and see if the problem is there. If not, reapply you HI policy, and disable one by one every rule to see which one is causing the problem.

    You may also enable SMC/Host Integrity debug to have a look at what happens (http://www.symantec.com/docs/TECH102412).

    Hi,

    When i checked antivirus requirement passed and antispyware requirement failed..but the clients are updated with latest definitions only. how to see the antispyware signature date?

    Hi,

    I found the problem..in the host integrity policy requirement instaed of symantec endpoint protection, there is some other security product..so when i changed back to symantec endpoint protection the error gone and now all the clients are showing protected
