SEPM replication

Hi,

We have 2 SEPM servers..

1^st server installed 2 years ago and we have upgraded to 12.1 RU1.

2^nd server we have installed recently for testing server for SEPM 12.1 RU1.

Now we have to enable the replication between these 2 servers. When we try to enable the replication between these 2 servers getting the below error.

"The local site does not have the information for the remote site. Please synchronize the local site's data with its partners first."

So when we are installing the 2^nd SEPM server we need to install as additional server. Is this right?

Is it possible to add 2 different SEPM servers as replication partners having same version of SEPM and SQL database?
