Can't install Workflow Designer 7.1 Windows 7 32 Bit

After installing Workflow Designer I get the following every time I try and install it.

Uninstall WF completely, and then delete the WF folder completely. Re-boot.

 

Make sure you have IIS installed, along with the IIS6 Management options and the Hostable web core.

Same issue persists after doing what you suggested.I have attached a screenshot of the IIS install.

I have installed all of IIS6 then followed your original instuction for the reinstall.  Still get the same message.

So now I'm completely out of ideas. I have the designer installed on 32bit and 64 bit windows 7, so I know it works. Looks like a support call is in your future!

I got the Workflow Designer by extracking the .exe file for workflow designer out of the main .exe.  I was able to run the install but now when I launch workflow I get an error workflowmanage.exe has stopped working.  When I click show problem detailes I see.
