    Posted Jan 22, 2012 09:03 AM

    Hi Folks,

We're running SEP 11.0.5002.333 with an embedded database on a dedicated Windows Server 2008 R2.

We have changed the password as per our company policies after which am console stucks at the "Logging on to the management server" screen.

Please share the solution If anyone faced the same.

    Regards,

    Ben

Are you seeing any errors in the Windows Event Viewer? Check this KB for starters -

    Consider upgrading to SEP 12.1

After RU5, other versions are RU6, RU7 and now SEP12.1

There are many bug fixes in the newer versions. Anyway, you are using Win2k8 R2, then why older version of SEP...

Please try running a repair on the SEPM and if that still does not help, Paste the scm server0.logs and the catalina.out logs.
