    CleanWipe tool is available in File Connect.

    It available in part2 tool part.

    Cleanwipe is now added in tool folder at file connect.

    But before run the cleanwipe tool have you troubleshoot the issue?

    Do you have 12.1.4? If so, it's located on the Part2 download in the Tools directory. Otherwise, you need to contact support to get it.
