No Vontu Services Starting

Hello,  looking for help - and trying to save my head from continuously knocking it on my desk in frustration.

Trying to get DLP  11.5 setup in test lab as a tier 1 installation .  Went through the steps in the guide to get oracle set up, and no problems. I  then went through installing enforce and detection server on the same host.

Installation wizard went fine, no problems.  However, as per the guide, I checked to see if the services had started.....and nothing, not one started. Oracle services seem fine but not a single Vontu service will begin no matter what I try.  The best I can get is when I am trying to start the Vontu Notifier service.... I can see that starts for a split second and then instantly gets the following error message after stopping

"The Vontu Notifier service on Local Computer started and then stopped. Some services stop automatically if they have no work to do, for example, the performance Logs and Alerts"

I get this same error message for all services, apart from the Vontu Manager and Vontu Monitor, which are dependent on Vontu Notifier to be running, and get an error message saying as such.

I get nothing in the event viewer, apart from messages saying the the Notifier has started, and then stopped.

VontuNotifier.log - My guess is that the following is the probelm, looks to be some sort of licensing issue with the java service wrapper.

I have also tried starting the VontuService in the command prompt (as a console process) and get the same errors.  I also get the following message.

This clearly indicates the license error., please check for the license first.

Also, The Vontu services are managed by the Java Service Wrapper from Tanuki Software. There is a known issue with the Java Service Wrapper version 3.3.7, where license validation fails at certain times for servers with timezones east of Japan, causing the above symptoms.

I would request you to check if the server is in proper timezone prior installing & time is properly synced.

Yes, I figured out that one, nice to see it is indeed a known issue,... my time zone was set to GMT+10 (which is correct for my locale)

Once I set it to GMT 0, they all fired up. 

Is there another fix for this?  That is fine in the lab, but not in production.

Did u got licence for the same. I think ther is issue with licence validation service . you need to check licence file is right one or not then try to apply the same.

1) Please check DLP System Requirement Guide for Hardware and software requirement.

2) If your Test lab on VM try after increase memory

3) check heap memory size in DLP Configuration file VontuManager.conf

# Initial Java Heap Size (in MB)
wrapper.java.initmemory=1378

# Maximum Java Heap Size (in MB)
wrapper.java.maxmemory=1378

instead of 1378 put value 1024
