  • 1.  Mulitple problems error

    Hi,

    in some of our XP machines..we are facing error as there are multiple problems..for that now we are doing reapir,uninstall and solving daya by day the problem systems are getting increased..

    what to do? what may be the issue..we are using full protection previously..since we are getting this error now we updated only anti virus..

    please help..Enclosed the screen shot..

    by repairing it might not resolve the issue. For ex. on this system the definition needs to be updated and HI policy check has failed.

    After updating patches also iam getting the same error..this is another system i got error..

    How to resolve?

    What happens if you run an Intelligent Updater on the machine??

    Intelligent Updater (.exe) could be downloaded from:

    http://www.symantec.com/business/security_response/definitions/download/detail.jsp?gid=savce

    NOTE: Use the Intelligent Updater files that are appropriate for your product version and platform.

    what is meant by symantec intelligent updater? i havent used it before..how to use.

    Hello,

    The Intelligent Updater is an executable file that can be used to update virus definitions for the Symantec Endpoint Protection client. To update the definitions, run either the Daily Certified or Rapid Release Intelligent Updater on the local computer.
