Hi Rafeeq,
I'm sorry but i forgot to write that this is Windows Server 2008 R2.
thanks, Moses.
How are you installing SEP? pushing from SEPM?
Have you tried installing the client as unmanged ? running directly from CD1 \SEP folder?
+Please post the SIS_inst.log the location is mentioned here
%AllUsersProfile%\Application Data\Symantec\Symantec Endpoint Protection\%currentversion%.105\Data\Install\logs

I tried to install as managed and unmanned as well.
i tried from CD.
please find attached log.
check this registry key
check if it admin and system has full access , if not give everyone full access for time being
KEY_NAME=[System\CurrentControlSet\Services\SepTempInstall\{E1A40A89-2B89-44FA-9E96-395B7D7F03AC}\RegistryStore\Default\HKLM\SOFTWARE\Symantec\Symantec Endpoint Protection\CurrentVersion]
if it exists delete this key before install
HKLM\Software\Wow6432Node\Symantec\Symantec Endpoint Protection

Was there a different AV on it at any point?
Remove the available folder of SEP client and check the live update and anyothe component availble in ADD or Remove Program then remove it.
Remove the registry which are mention the forum

Restart the system and try to reinstall it again.
If not work then try to remove it manually
deleting this key before install was the solution for this case.
thank you very much Rafeeq and thanks all for help and assitance.
Moses.
