Hi Guys,
We have lost the password for our Liveupdate Admin.
(I work in a School and there have been a selection of admins over the last 2 years, so no surprise that it's been mislaid!)
I can click on the password reminder but there has been no email server set up when Liveupdate was installed so that doens't work.
I've tried editing the XML file to configure an email server and valid address but now when I click to request a temp password it tells me my entered email address does not appear to match a valid user.
I've seen a Symantec staff member on one if these forums (Mick2009) suggests to contact Symantec Support.
Does anyone have the contact details for support? I've looked on the symantec site but there's nothing obvious listed for LiveUpdate.
