  • 1.  SMP 7 Agent log Win 7

    SMP7

     

    We have a mixed environment of 95% win xp 5% win 7

    on all of the win 7 machines there is no log folder or files created for the Altiris agent?

    on all of the Winxp clients there is, this is causing us problems as we cannot troubleshoot win7 issues properly

    Is this normal for win 7 or have i missed a tick box somewhere?

    Hi,

    Log files in W7 are located in:

    C:\Users\Public\Documents\Altiris\Altiris Agent\Logs

    Should tell you where to find the logs your looking for.
