  • 1.  Configuring Symantec with a keylogger

    Hi;

    I am using symantec antivirus ver 10.2.0.276.  I use a Blazing Tools Perfect Keylogger to monitor my children online. How do I configre symantec so that it wont keep showing this as a trojan or virus?

    I am not sure which link Sandeep was going for but I think this one is what the user was looking for http://service1.symantec.com/SUPPORT/ent-security.nsf/docid/2008082610254148. This guide goes over how to add exceptions to SEP on an ummanged client.
