What is the best thing out there to check if a Website is malicious?

I think I may want to direct my users to use it as well.

I received an unsolicited e mail with the following link

I am having the frosted mini wheats syndrome

The Security admin in me wants to click on it and see what it has in store for me

The intelligent user in me who knows enough not to click on unknown links wants to stay as far away as possible.

Maybe I will pop it on a VM server and see what it's all about.
