  • 1.  SRTSP Error code 4 in system event log

    Hi,

    On a number of my server I am receiving an error:

    Event Type: Error
    Event Source: SRTSP
    Event Category: None
    Event ID: 4
    Date:  12/10/2009
    Time:  17:41:46
    User:  N/A
    Computer: MP-FTP
    Description:
    Error loading virus definitions.
    Data:
    0000: 00 00 00 00 01 00 54 00   ......T.
    0008: 00 00 00 00 04 00 08 c0   .......À
    0010: 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00   ........
    0018: 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00   ........
    0020: 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00   ........


    I have tried the suggestion in this thread but have the same result, that after 18-24 hours the errors reappear.

    Can you tell us what is the size of SRTSP folder which is present under C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\Symantec and if that size is too large try with following doc
