    Hi,

    We have a mistake with your system. We unblock via the form our IP range and IP servers: 164.132.127.32/27, 164.132.169.168 and 193.70.12.112. It was validated for 24h, but after the IPs will be blocked again. We are the owner of this new IPs since early 2017... we never get any problem with our other IPs. It seems that the former owners were blocked.

    We have email protection, no relay host, we don't send mailing list or other things ; only some internal emails and a few externals...

    Thank you for your help to unblock our IPs from Symantec system.

    Hi Stephane,

    I have checked both IPs 164.132.169.168 and 193.70.12.112 and they are not listed on our internal blaclist. Also for the range I would need the IPs listed individually that you know are being blocked.

    Also are you sure they are being blocked by the .cloud infrastructure? or are they being blocked by our Messaging gateway team. If so the issue will need to be raised in their forum as we do not have acess to their infrastructure.

    Thank you for your answer. Every 24h the IPs are blocked again after unblocked by "http://ipremoval.sms.symantec.com/lookup/". Is the right forum?

    Can you help to unblock them? We are the ownership these IPs since early 2017.

    Hi Stephane,

     

    I have checked each and every IP provided and can confirm that none of them are listed on the .cloud infrastructure and we will not be blocking your emails from these IP's.

    I would suggest raising this with the appropriate team which I believe is the following messaging gateway forum.

    There are no issues with you IP on our infrastructure.
