  • 1.  Reports how to: create a report showing PCs not receiving updates???

i'm not sure if these is the right thread for my query but hoping to get an idea for my issue.
I was tasked to generate a report that would show the PCs not receiving updates. I played around the reports section of SEP Manager but couldn't generate an accurate report.
We are a medium company with 3-5 domains. as much as we would like to have every machine updated, there are a few that is not updated due to various of reasons.
With these, we would like to generate a report that would show those PCs and if possible, also show why these machines were not updated.

    Thanks in advance.

    open sepm
    monitors
    logs
    select: computer status
click on advanced at the bottom
under virus definitions select older definitions
    click view log

    Hi

You can create a report from SEPM with the Virus defintion, BUT you cannot create a report on why they were not updated.

Create a computer status report it will have Virus Definitions Distribution

I think this will work for you. After clicking view log you can export it to a txt file.Them import it to an excel sheet and do a filtering. You may also delete unnecessary columns.
