Thanks for that. I've looked at the file and two things stood out...
"Face Recognition Infrared Camera"
and also
C:\Program Files (x86)\Common Files\Microsoft Shared\Phone Tools\CoreCon\11.0\bin\IpOverUsbSvc.exe
I would hazard a guess and think it's to do with the 2nd one - Windows Phone IP over USB Transport - is this currently plugged in?
Try unplugging the phone from the PC (or remove the driver as a test) and try again.
If it doesn't BSOD this time, then it could be that. Let Symantec support know about it.
