  • 1.  Do new Symantec defintions still support 11.x SEPM versions?

We have been having issues with our SEPM 11.x on our Windows 2008 based server getting the newest definitions. Specifically the Live Update function is not working for us. Is 11.x still supported, or do we have to upgrade to 12 to continue receiving the newest definitions?

    Thanks

SEP 11.x is end of support life and you will no longer receive defs for it.

You may still receive untested defs from a 12.1 SEPM but this is taking a risk and not guaranteed. Best to move to 12.1.5 now.

Thankyou so much for that! My coworkers and I were suspecting that, and the dates correspond, but for some reason weren't able to find that post without you. Cheers!
